SVGs
What are SVGs?
An SVG file (Scalable Vector Graphic) is a file that is downloaded to be used with an electronic cutting machine and its compatible software. We do not mail any products with SVG files. These products are entirely delivered online for download.
We do not sell our SVG files to be used as a source for mass-produced products. Please visit our licensing page for more information.
What is included in my purchase?
Your download will consist of on .ZIP file that will include all the SVG files needed to complete the project you’ve ordered. A PDF with additional instructions, measurements and photos is also included for the most complex projects.
Which machines are compatible with your files?
Machines and software that accept SVG files are perfect for Patricia Zapata and A Little Hut files. Please verify with your manufacturer what files are compatible with your particular machine. A partial list of machines and software that are compatible with SVG files are: Cricut Explore (with Design Space software), Silhouette Studio (with the Designer version of their software), Make the Cut software and Sure Cuts A Lot software.
Downloading digital products
How do I download files from your site?
Once your order is complete you will receive an email from our shop with a link to your download. If you do not receive the email please check your spam folder.
How many times can I download my files?
All our files are available to you to download as many times as needed. We recommend that you download them as soon as you are available to do so — preferable on to the computer you will be using to cut your projects. This will help keep your files in one place at all times. If you have problems downloading your files please feel free to contact us.
How do I open my files?
Once you have downloaded your file(s) onto your computer you will need to unzip (or extract) them. Locate the .ZIP file you have downloaded (most probably in the My Downloads folder) and double-click on it. Your computer will open the folder. We recommend that you create a folder on your computer titled A Little Hut to transfer unzipped folders to — this will keep your purchases in one place and easier to find down the road.
If your computer does not automatically unzip the folder with a double-click of the folder you may need to download a unzipping software which can be found for free or at a very reasonable price.
Payment and refunds
What forms of payment do you accept?
All payments made to A Little Hut are made through PayPal which accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
How do I use a coupon code?
The coupon code may be entered on the Checkout page. Please be sure to type the code as shown (the codes are case sensitive).
Do you offer refunds?
SVG files and printables: Due to the nature of our business, our digital products are not refundable. We make every effort possible for you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any issues with your files please feel free to contact us.
